Meet the Laurel Highlands Women’s Business Network. These ladies have been making a difference in the lives of underprivileged young girls for the past 10 years. When these wonderful women joined WBN, they never realize the impact they would make in our community providing young ladies FREE dresses, shoes, purses, and jewelry for their special occasions. They work together putting smiles on the faces of those in need and never forget the impact these young ladies leave on them.

Kathleen received the 2016 Angela’s Angels Woman of Compassion Award at the organization’s 10 year anniversary celebration that was held at the Quatrini & Rafferty Building in downtown Latrobe. Kathy and staff believe that every girl deserves to feel like a princess for at least one night. Angela’s Angels a non profit since 2006 does just that for FREE! A Special Thank You to Our Initial Sponsor

Angela Rose-O’Brien founded Angela’s Angels in 2006. This collaboration began by Angela requesting a donation from Michele Bolish, a former Bridal Salon owner in downtown Latrobe, PA. Michele kicked off this project by generously donating over 100 “new” gowns, which were earmarked to be utilized for our local financially disadvantaged young women. Today, ten years later we are happy to report Angela’s Angels assist approximately 100 girls a year!
